Measures taken
MoonHold includes semantic landmarks, skip navigation, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, descriptive status messages, and automated Playwright and axe checks across desktop, tablet, phone, and narrow-phone viewports.
Current verification status
Automated accessibility and device tests are part of continuous integration. On August 5, 2026, an agent-operated Safari and VoiceOver review also confirmed coherent landmarks, headings, controls, image alternatives, and skip navigation on representative public routes. On August 20, 2026, the Moonsters DAO LLC owner approved the current release based on that evidence and accepted the residual risk of launching without an independent Windows/NVDA test. This is an owner release decision, not a representation that genuine Windows/NVDA or independent human testing occurred. Accessibility remains an ongoing obligation, and reported barriers will be prioritized for remediation.
Feedback and accommodation
Email support@moonhold.app for accessibility feedback or accommodation requests. This monitored Zoho group routes requests for human review, and MoonHold aims to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days. Administrator login addresses are not user-support channels. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive wallet details in a request.
