Use MoonHold lawfully and honestly

Do not use MoonHold to violate law, another person's rights, or a connected provider's rules. Do not impersonate a person or business, misrepresent wallet ownership, falsify eligibility, or connect a Discord server, Telegram group, webhook, wallet, or billing account you are not authorized to control.

Protect people and systems

  • No malware, phishing, credential theft, seed-phrase collection, wallet draining, fraud, harassment, threats, exploitation, or unlawful content.
  • No attempts to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits, subscription capacity, platform permissions, or security controls.
  • No probing, scanning, scraping, bulk automation, denial-of-service activity, or reverse engineering except where law expressly permits or MoonHold gives written authorization.
  • No uploading secrets, wallet signatures, private keys, illegal data, or personal information you lack authority to process.
  • No using marketplace feeds or verification results to make deceptive claims about ownership, endorsement, financial returns, or asset safety.

Enforcement

MoonHold may limit, suspend, or terminate activity; preserve relevant evidence; notify an affected customer or provider; and cooperate with lawful requests. Enforcement is proportionate to risk where practical. Urgent threats may be contained without advance notice.

Report abuse

Report suspected abuse or security issues to moonstersweb3@gmail.com. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, full provider tokens, or unnecessary personal data.
